Work outs and jogging can also help her to reduce the weight and maintain accurate weight. If the women is of the age between 18-34 and of height five inches, the weight should be 97-128 lbs. A height of five feet five inches should be 114-150 lbs and height of five feet ten inches should be 132-174 lbs.
